Aubay Portugal is seeking a skilled PMO/Project Management professional to join our Lisbon-based team on a hybrid work model. You will support Project Managers, coordinate workstreams, run governance meetings, and prepare essential project documentation to keep programs on track.

Ideal candidate has 3+ years in PMO or PM roles, strong Jira/Atlassian experience, and excellent English (and French at B2). You will interact with international stakeholders and contribute to ongoing project reporting

Qualificações

• Proficiency in Jira and Atlassian tools, including integration aspects.
• Experience in project governance management and reporting.
• Excellent written and verbal English; French at B2 level is valued.

What will you do?

• Provide operational support to Project Managers, overseeing project workstreams and ensuring effective coordination across teams;
• Prepare and facilitate project governance meetings, including agenda setting, material preparation, and decision tracking;
• Consolidate project progress, identify risks and issues, and present key decision points for arbitration;
• Produce and maintain essential project documentation, such as meeting minutes, presentations, and integration schedules;
• Contribute to Jira adoption initiatives, developing documentation, supporting users, and defining platform KPIs.
