What will you do?
- Provide operational support to Project Managers, overseeing project workstreams and ensuring effective coordination across teams;
- Prepare and facilitate project governance meetings, including agenda setting, material preparation, and decision tracking;
- Consolidate project progress, identify risks and issues, and present key decision points for arbitration;
- Produce and maintain essential project documentation, such as meeting minutes, presentations, and integration schedules;
- Contribute to Jira adoption initiatives, developing documentation, supporting users, and defining platform KPIs.
What are we looking for?
At Aubay, our focus is on professionals who bring both technical expertise and the right mindset:
- Solid professional experience (minimum 3 years) in Project Management Office (PMO) or Project Management roles;
- Proficiency in Jira and Atlassian tools, including knowledge of tool architecture, integration, and ability to write technical-functional documentation;
- Proven experience in project governance management, workshop facilitation, and preparing comprehensive project reporting;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French (B2 level) to interact with international stakeholders;
- Alignment with our corporate culture and a commitment to integrity and ethics are highly valued;
- Strong customer focus, teamwork, task prioritisation, and daily commitment are highly appreciated.
