Aubay Portugal, a leader in tech consulting across sectors, seeks a seasoned Cybersecurity Engineering Project Manager to drive complex initiatives in Lisbon. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage scope, budget and timelines, and report progress with clear risk mitigations.

Requirements include 5+ years in cybersecurity engineering and 3+ years in project management, expertise in IAM and Network Security, and fluent French (B2) and English (C1). Hybrid work model offered.

Qualificações

• At least 3 years of experience as a Project Manager.
• Hands-on cybersecurity background in IAM and Network Security.
• CISSP or CISA certifications or NIST frameworks are a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in French (B2) and English (C1).

What will you do?

• Develop comprehensive project plans and coordinate with technical resources during all project phases, from initial development through implementation;
• Manage projects with top-down oversight to ensure success as defined by adherence to standards of scope, budget, and timeline;
• Monitor project progress continuously and make detailed scheduled reports on measurable items, such as milestones and deliverables;
• Perform risk management on your project(s) to identify risks, raise awareness to stakeholders, and come up with a mitigation plan;
• Communicate proactively with all project team members to identify problems, create solutions, and implement efficiency improvements.

What are we looking for?

At Aubay, our focus is on professionals who bring both technical expertise and the right

mindset:

• 5+ years of professional experience in Cybersecurity Engineering and at least 3 years of experience as a Project Manager. The Project Management experience may be current or previous;
• Experience managing projects in complex, collaborative environments, applying strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Solid technical background, with hands‑on experience in cybersecurity domains such as IAM, Network Security, and related security technologies;
• Professional cybersecurity management certifications (CISSP, CISA) or frameworks (NIST) is a plus;
• Demonstrated understanding of Project Management processes, methodologies, and best practices;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French (B2) and English (C1).
