Aubay Portugal is seeking a senior cybersecurity project manager to lead complex security initiatives across diverse sectors. The role blends strategic planning, risk management and cross-functional coordination, with a focus on maintaining scope, budget, and timelines.

Required are 5+ years in cybersecurity engineering and at least 3 years in project management, plus strong English and French communication.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of professional experience in Cybersecurity Engineering and at least 3 years of Project Management experience.
• Experience managing projects in complex, collaborative environments with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Solid technical background with hands-on experience in cybersecurity domains such as IAM and Network Security.
• Professional cybersecurity management certifications (CISSP, CISA) or frameworks (NIST) are a plus.
• Demonstrated understanding of Project Management processes, methodologies, and best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French (B2) and English (C1).

What will you do?

• Develop comprehensive project plans and coordinate with technical resources during all project phases, from initial development through implementation;
• Manage projects with top-down oversight to ensure success as defined by adherence to standards of scope, budget, and timeline;
• Monitor project progress continuously and make detailed scheduled reports on measurable items, such as milestones and deliverables;
• Perform risk management on your project(s) to identify risks, raise awareness to stakeholders, and come up with a mitigation plan;
• Communicate proactively with all project team members to identify problems, create solutions, and implement efficiency improvements.
