Aubay Portugal is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead complex programs across sectors. You will ensure scope, deadlines, cost and quality, and drive plans, risks, and governance with stakeholders.

We value a 10+ year background in IT project management, fluency in Portuguese and English, and experience with HR initiatives and SAP SuccessFactors. The role offers a hybrid work model and a strong development path.

What will you do?

• Ensure effective and efficient management of project scope, deadline, cost, and quality.
• Develop and ensure compliance with project plans, including execution, communication, risks, and mitigation strategies.
• Guarantee that financial execution is consistently aligned with project progress and deliverables.
• Manage relationships and foster assertive communication with all project stakeholders.
• Prepare comprehensive project reporting, provide key management information, and actively promote timely decision-making.

• Solid experience of more than 10 years in IT Project Management;
• Proven experience with project management tools such as Jira and Confluence.
