Job summary

Zero to 100 helps large organisations adopt AI across their workforce from Lisbon. We are seeking someone early in their career who wants to learn how a company runs on AI and help us build more of it.

The role involves delivering live programmes across Europe, building AI-enabled processes, and iterating on our platform with Claude. You will meet in person one day a week and operate as a freelancer capable of issuing invoices.

Qualifications

• Lisbon-based, able to meet in person one day a week.
• Freelancer eligible with invoicing ability.
• Strong written English; Portuguese a plus.
• Experience using AI for tasks like automation or building GPTs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver programmes for large organisations across Europe, the Gulf, Egypt and America; prepare presentations, set up cohorts, and manage programme logistics.
• Map manual processes and turn them into AI agents in Claude; test and refine to save time weekly.
• Improve the adoption platform by identifying unclear or broken parts and turning findings into concrete improvements, plus help develop new short courses.

Zero to 100 helps large organisations adopt AI across their workforce. We start with a diagnostic of how people use AI today, then run training programmes and measure progress. Our clients are banks, insurers, telecoms and public bodies in Europe, the Gulf, Egypt and Asia. Our method comes from The AI Strategy Playbook: From Zero to 100 (Routledge, 2026) by our co-founder, René Bohnsack.We are a small team running several client programmes at the same time, and we use AI agents built in Claude for parts of our daily work. We are looking for someone early in their career, based in Lisbon, who wants to learn how a company runs on AI and help us build more of it.

What you will do

• Help deliver our programmes. Work on live programmes for large companies in Europe, the Gulf, Egypt, and America. You prepare presentations, set up new cohorts on our platform and handle the details that keep each programme on track.
• Build the systems behind them. Take a process we still run by hand, map it and help turn it into AI agents in Claude. You test them on real cases and improve them with us, until they save the team time every week.
• Improve our platform. Use our AI adoption platform the way participants do, find what is unclear or broken, and turn what you find into concrete improvements. You will also help prepare new short courses.

What we are looking for

• You live in Lisbon and can meet in person [one day a week].
• You can work as a freelancer and issue invoices.
• Good written English. Portuguese is a plus.
• You have used AI for more than everyday questions, for example to automate a task, build a custom GPT or speed up a project, and you want to learn how AI agents work.
• You are organised and notice details, such as a wrong date or a misspelled name.
• You ask when something is unclear.
