Cross Border Talents in Lisbon is seeking a customer support professional to assist users of a leading American AI research and deployment company. You will guide, educate, and resolve inquiries for both consumers and business clients, ensuring they maximize the potential of advanced AI tools.

We offer a 15-day paid training, predictable day-shift scheduling with non mandatory night shifts, and the chance to contribute to a brand shaping the future of technology and innovation.
