Cross Border Talents in Lisbon is seeking a customer support advisor to assist users of a leading American AI research and deployment company. You will guide users to maximize AI tools and products, across chat, email, and phone, while delivering exceptional service.

You will participate in a comprehensive 15‑day training, enjoy a predictable day-shift schedule, and support both consumers and business clients in a fast-paced AI environment.

Qualificações

• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Genuine passion for AI, emerging tech and digital innovation.
• Strong analytical thinking and troubleshooting abilities.
• Excellent customer-focused communication.
• Willing to work 8-hour day shifts between 07:00 and 22:00.
