Cross Border Talents in Lisbon is seeking a personable AI-focused Customer Support Specialist to assist users of leading AI tools. You will guide, educate, and troubleshoot to ensure customers maximize the platforms' potential.

You'll work across Chat, Email and Phone, with training provided and a clear path for growth. A calm, customer-first mindset and passion for technology are essential, along with flexible day shifts in a dynamic, international team.

• Empower & Educate: Guide, support, and train users on navigating and maximizing the potential of advanced AI platforms.
• Resolve & Troubleshoot: Investigate technical inquiries, account access issues, billing, and invoicing questions with speed and precision.
• Multi-Channel Care: Communicate seamlessly across digital channels (Chat, Email, Phone) to deliver a world-class customer experience.
• Drive Quality: Consistently meet and exceed service benchmarks while keeping up with rapid AI product updates.
