Collaborate with Development, Infrastructure, and Business teams, and develop automation to improve operational efficiency. On-call rotation experience is a plus for this fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Production Support, Application Support, Infrastructure Operations or a similar role.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and support production applications and infrastructure
• Manage incidents and ensure timely resolution of issues
• Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive actions
• Monitor application performance and identify improvement opportunities
• Develop and maintain automation solutions to improve operational efficiency
• Support application releases, deployments, and change activities
• Collaborate with Development, Infrastructure, and Business teams
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and operational excellence
• Participate in an on-call rotation and Follow-The-Sun support model
