You will work on managing network systems and apply Site Reliability Engineering principles to enhance operational efficiency. Ideal candidates have hands-on experience in server and network management, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to communicate effectively across technical teams. Qualificações

• Proven experience in IT infrastructure or system engineering roles.
• Hands-on experience managing servers, networks, and core IT services.
• Experience operating and supporting Network Management Systems (NMS).
• Experience in a 24/7 operational environment is an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure reliable, secure, and efficient operation of IT infrastructure.
• Apply Site Reliability Engineering principles in network management.
• Review applications and conduct initial calls with applicants.
