Inetum is seeking a Production Network Engineer to ensure the availability, performance, and security of network infrastructures for multiple customers within a shared services team.

The role covers operating LAN/WAN, data center networks, and security components in a 24/7 production environment, handling complex incidents and implementing changes while supporting on‑call rotations and continuous improvement.

Qualificações

• 3–5 years hands‑on network operations experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and clear communication.
• Fluent in English; technical English preferred.
• Autonomous work style with on‑call capability.

Responsabilidades

• Operations & Monitoring: Ensure proper functioning of LAN/WAN/WLAN and datacenter networks; monitor devices and manage alerts.
• Incident Management (L2/L3): Own complex incidents, troubleshoot with logs and traces, communicate progress to teams and customers.
• Changes & Projects: Prepare, validate, and implement changes; document and participate in architecture evolution.
• On‑call & Out‑of‑hours Support: Provide 24/7 coverage as rotated; ensure SLA compliance and continuity.
• Documentation & Improvement: Maintain runbooks, share knowledge, and drive automation and optimization.
