Inetum is seeking a Production Network Engineer to ensure availability, performance, and security of LAN/WAN, datacenter, and security components in a 24/7 production setting for multiple customers. You will handle L2/L3 incidents, perform advanced troubleshooting, and implement changes and upgrades.

Requirements include 3–5 years in network operations, strong English communication, and the ability to work autonomously under on-call conditions.

Qualificações

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in network operations/run.
• Strong troubleshooting abilities and clear communication (written & verbal).
• Fluent in English and comfortable with technical English.
• Able to prioritize, work autonomously, and perform under on-call conditions.

Responsabilidades

• Operate and maintain LAN/WAN, datacenter, and security components for multiple customers.
• Monitor devices (switches, routers, firewalls, VPN, proxies, load balancers) and manage alerts.
• Take ownership of complex incidents and perform advanced troubleshooting.
• Prepare, validate, and implement network changes and migrations.
• Provide 24/7 on-call support and ensure SLA compliance.
• Document runbooks and contribute to process improvements and automation.
