Qualifications

• 5+ years of Product Management experience in developer tools or infrastructure or founder experience.
• Experience with agent-driven development and AI-backed infrastructure.
• Familiarity with AI evaluations, controlled experimentation, and data analysis.
• Hands-on approach; actively using the tools you manage to build opinions.

Responsibilities

• Own the product strategy and roadmap for Spark projects from MVP to GA.
• Make Spark seamless for AI agents and the platforms they run on.
• Define the user journey from experimentation to production and scaling.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Growth, and Finance on packaging and pricing at scale.
• Engage with platform customers to understand needs and introduce Spark to use cases.
• Establish success metrics and instrument products end-to-end using data.
• Continuously evaluate product performance and user feedback for improvements.
