• 5+ years of product management experience in B2B software or SaaS environments, preferably used by professionals.
• Experience owning and developing a broad product area with multiple features and technical dependencies.
• Ability to simplify complex systems and deliver intuitive experiences, including integrations with external platforms.
• Hands-on mindset and willingness to contribute beyond traditional specs.
• Strong technical understanding to collaborate with engineers on APIs and architecture.
• Proven experience with continuous product discovery and data-informed decision making.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the core domain, focusing on pricing, availability, and listing management.
• Lead cross-functional product development across workflows enabling managers to control rates, availability, and distribution.
• Prioritize initiatives based on customer needs, business impact, and market opportunities.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Data, and channel teams to translate opportunities into requirements and releases.
• Drive discovery through customer research, stakeholder interviews, data analysis, and experimentation.
• Use AI-powered tools to accelerate development from discovery to shipped features.
• Ensure technical alignment and validate approaches with engineering during implementation.
• Navigate complex dependencies across external booking channels to ensure consistent behavior.
• Monitor performance and feedback to continuously improve usability and revenue impact.
