Job summary

Jobgether is looking for an AI Tooling Engineer to build and scale an internal AI platform in a remote-first setup. You will own the lifecycle from user needs to deployment, focusing on secure, scalable tools, agent development, and cost-efficient AI workflows.

You will integrate APIs, manage data models, and ensure robust access controls while collaborating with a global team to deliver company-wide AI capabilities.

Qualifications

• Hands-on software engineer with production AI agent delivery
• Proven experience with LangGraph-based agents in production
• Experience with MCP or comparable tool protocols
• Familiarity with LLM APIs, token management, and cost optimization
• Cloud infrastructure experience (GCP/AWS) and CI/CD
• Excellent English communication, cross-team collaboration

Responsibilities

• Collaborate to design, build, and deploy new platform capabilities from design to production
• Integrate internal systems and SaaS apps via APIs and data modeling
• Build AI agents and MCP servers for organization-wide use
• Design retrieval workflows, embeddings, prompts, and context management
• Establish quality standards with datasets, benchmarks, and tests
• Monitor cost per answer, token usage, and optimize models and prompts
• Troubleshoot production issues and continuously improve the platform
• Turn PoCs into secure, scalable cloud apps with proper IAM controls
• Use AI coding agents within the development workflow with strong code quality
• Contribute to company-wide AI tooling initiatives and standardization
• Support other teams to adopt the platform and build AI-powered workflows
• Engage with stakeholders to understand needs and communicate solutions clearly
