Zego is hiring a Lead Product Manager to own multi-team product direction, revenue models, and AI-driven experimentation. You’ll shape pricing, playbooks, and dashboards while mentoring PMs and collaborating with Leadership to drive measurable business impact.

The role is remote with quarterly visits to London, offering a competitive package and equity options as part of a fast-growing AI-driven insurance platform.

Qualificações

• Strategic product leadership across multiple teams or domains in a high-growth environment.
• Experience building experiment cultures and a build-measure-learn rhythm.
• Strong understanding of unit economics, pricing levers and revenue modelling.
• Ability to design metrics and dashboards, data-driven decisions.
• Technical depth to discuss architecture, APIs and ML pipelines with engineers.
• AI-first mindset with curiosity and ownership.

Responsabilidades

• Set the six-to-12-month product strategy across multiple teams and domains.
• Define and validate new revenue mechanics grounded in unit economics.
• Embed rigorous experimentation as the default operating rhythm.
• Build reusable AI playbooks, workflows and assets for the team.
• Design product metrics and dashboards used by the business.
• Own company-level programmes with direct P&L impact.
• Coach Product Managers across the organisation.
