Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management in fast-moving environments.
• Experience building AI- or data-heavy products and production readiness.
• Hands-on with engineers: writing specs, experiments, and feedback iterations.
• Able to set strategy and dive into detail.
• Fluent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Set AI product direction across the core platform.
• Decide what to automate and where humans stay in control.
• Make complex data usable for payroll, compliance, and payments.
• Turn real problems into product decisions across workflows.
