Zumub seeks an Inventory Controller to efficiently manage inbound and outbound goods, ensuring accurate stock levels and implementing efficiency strategies. You will oversee administrative tasks, order lifecycles, and collaboration with teams to sustain stock integrity.

The role requires 1–3 years in similar positions, fluency in English, and strong Excel skills to analyze stock data and optimize purchasing decisions.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in similar positions.
• Analytical skills for stock data and advanced Excel proficiency.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in service level management and supplier negotiations.
• Fluency in English (mandatory).

• Manage flow of incoming and outgoing goods to ensure stock accuracy.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve inventory efficiency.

• Ensure full order lifecycle control from creation to warehouse arrival.
• Monitor and maintain inventory management systems.

ROLE:

• Collaborate with other teams to ensure stock integrity and support operational requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in similar positions (preferred).
• Analytical skills for interpreting stock data and advanced Excel proficiency.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in service level management.
• Previous experience negotiating with suppliers.
• Fluency in English (mandatory).
