Delnext is seeking a Junior Strategic Project Manager to collaborate with department heads and C-suite leaders, driving strategic initiatives from initiation through closure. You will develop data-driven insights and help resolve cross-departmental challenges while managing timelines and resources.

The role offers exposure to senior decision-making, opportunities for progression, and a competitive compensation package. On-site in Cacém – Sintra with one remote day per week.

"The Junior Strategic Project Manager will report directly to Senior Strategic Project Managers or C-Level executives and will be responsible for supporting the initiation, planning, execution, and closure of strategic projects that are critical to the organization. The role will require close collaboration with different departments across the organization and may also involve interaction with external consultants and stakeholders."
