EMEA Recruitment is seeking a Supply Chain Manager to join its production facility in Porto, Portugal. The role drives service excellence, efficiency and continuous improvement across end-to-end supply chain, from order management and planning to procurement, logistics, and team development.

The ideal candidate will lead planning, procurement, warehousing and distribution, oversee inventory and capacity planning, manage supplier performance, and mentor the local team while delivering KPI-driven

Qualificações

• Degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years' experience in a production or FMCG supply chain environment, with proven leadership ability.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SAP and Excel.
• Excellent communication and negotiation capabilities, with a hands-on, problem-solving approach.
• Proactive mindset with a focus on results, efficiency, and process optimisation.
• Fluent in English and Portuguese; additional languages are an advantage.

Responsabilidades
