A Airbus Portugal procura um Global Procurement & Inventory Specialist para apoiar as atividades de aquisição e gestão de inventário, num ambiente multinacional com perspetiva de compras para França, Alemanha, Espanha, Reino Unido e Portugal.

O candidato ideal domina procurement, tem fluência em inglês e alemão, e está preparado para trabalhar num modelo híbrido, com um escritório moderno em Parque das Nações. A função envolve contacto com fornecedores e uso de SAP/Coupa.

• Experiência em cadeia de suprimentos e/ou procurement é uma mais-valia.
• Habilidades de comunicação.
• Foco no cliente e capacidade de definir prioridades em situações de emergência.
• Disposição para aprender novas ferramentas, mudanças e melhoria contínua.
• Fluência em inglês e alemão.
• Ambiente dinâmico e multicultural com várias ferramentas e serviços.

• Alto nível de literacia digital.

Responsabilidades

• Review de pedidos de compra (PRs).
• Criação/atualização de ordens de compra (POs) e follow-up.
• Sourcing operacional.
• Desempenhar atividades de Service Desk para stakeholders internos.
• Manutenção de registos de informação (catálogos).
• Comunicação com fornecedores e stakeholders internos (clientes internos, compradores).
• Uso de SAP (ERP da Airbus).
• Uso de outras ferramentas específicas (Coupa).

Responsibilities - your mission

Airbus has built on its strong European heritage to become truly international with roughly 180 locations and 12,000 direct suppliers globally. The company has aircraft and helicopter final assembly lines across Asia, Europe and the Americas, and has achieved a more than sixfold order book increase since 2000

Position Summary The Procurement Purchasing Assistant manages ordering activities for Procurement Commodities within France, Germany, Spain, the UK and Portugal. This also includes operational sourcing activities following the Procurement processes and strategies.

Essential Functions

• Review of Purchase Requests (PRs)
• Purchase Order (PO) creation / update and follow up of POs
• Operational Sourcing
• Service Desk activities (provide support to internal stakeholders)
• Maintenance of info records (e.G. catalogues)
• Communication with suppliers and internal stakeholders (internal customers, buyers)
• Use of Airbus ERP Systems (SAP)
• Use of other specific tools (Coupa)

Requirements - our ideal candidate will have

• Experience in Supply Chain and/or Procurement is a plus
• Communication skills
• Be customer focused, understand priorities = knows how to prioritize in case of emergencies
• Eager to learn to work with new tools / be open to change and to continuous improvement
• Fluency in English and German
• Enjoy a dynamic and multicultural environment with a lot of different tools and variety of products and services
• Shows a lot of reliability rigor and concentration at work
• Digital Acumen
