Pleo is seeking a Procurement Operations Specialist to manage day-to-day procurement operations end-to-end, drive ticket workflows, vendor due diligence, and contract workflows. You will partner with our Omnea CSM to optimize procurement processes, ensuring lean, fast, and fully compliant buying across the business.

You will report to the Head of Procurement and collaborate with Finance, Legal, Compliance, Cybersecurity, and C-level executives to maintain smooth operations and drive continuous

Qualificações

• Excellent organizational and methodical work style with multitasking ability.
• Hands-on experience managing final stages of procurement lifecycle, contracts, and signatures.
• Strong communication across all seniority levels, including C-suite.

Responsabilidades

• Manage daily procurement operations from intake to final sign-off.
• Lead contract management and execution, coordinating internal/external signatures.
• Coordinate cross-functional approvals (Legal, Compliance, Cybersecurity, Finance) and ensure due diligence.
• Architect and optimize procurement workflows with Omnea CSM to improve efficiency.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and risk mitigation in daily workflows.
• Engage with function leaders and executives to align goals and unblock blockers.
• Support negotiations on day-to-day purchases and renewals to secure favorable terms.
