Farfetch seeks an analytical Procurement Operations Specialist to join the global Supply Chain team in Porto, focusing on PO management, data reporting, and vendor coordination to ensure smooth flow of goods.

1–5 years in procurement or related roles, with strong analytical skills and English fluency, will enable effective dashboards, spend analyses, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualificações

• BA/BS degree in Supply Chain, Economics, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• Fluent in English and able to coordinate with international stakeholders.
• 1–5 years in procurement, sourcing, or related supply chain roles.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.

Responsabilidades

• PO management: support requesters, validate and track purchase orders with accuracy.
• Operational support: monitor order statuses, expedite shipments, flag bottlenecks.
• Data analysis & reporting: maintain dashboards, conduct price analyses and track spend.
• Vendor coordination: serve as ops contact for logistics vendors, manage vendor data and KPIs.
• Sourcing support: assist Category Managers with RFIs/RFPs and market research.
• Compliance & system maintenance: ensure governance and keep ERP/procurement data up to date.
• Supplier onboarding & qualification: guide vendors through onboarding and risk processes.
• Internal stakeholder management: engage with internal clients within Supply Chain.
• Finance integration: support budget processes and invoice processing with FP&A and AP.
