Convatec is seeking a Legal Contracts Specialist to manage the end-to-end contract lifecycle within a GBS framework. You will draft, review, and store contracts, ensure compliance with legal standards, and support cross-functional teams.

You will collaborate with legal, procurement, finance, and business units, maintain templates, and drive contract automation and process improvements in a hybrid work setup. One day per week in the office.

Qualificações

• Experience drafting, reviewing, and amending standard contracts including NDAs and commercial agreements.
• Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and proactive mindset.
• Solid understanding of standard contract structures and legal terminology.
• Familiar with legal documents and terminology; proficient with Microsoft Office and legal tech platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Draft, review, and amend standard contracts including NDAs and commercial agreements.
• Collaborate with legal, procurement, sales, and business teams to clarify terms.
• Maintain and update contract templates and clause libraries.
• Provide day-to-day administrative support to legal, procurement and commercial teams.
• Manage legal documentation, contracts, and filing systems.
• Assist in implementing contract automation tools and process improvements.
• Assist with reporting, data entry, and compliance tracking.
