Jobtailor in Lisbon, Portugal seeks a Procurement Manager to own the end-to-end lifecycle of procurement tickets and purchase requests, manage contract execution, signatures, archiving, and tracking, and coordinate handoffs with Legal, Compliance, Cybersecurity, and Finance.

You will drive vendor due diligence, optimize workflows, provide negotiation support, and lead renewals while creating procurement reporting.

Qualificações

• Exceptional organizational and methodical skills, including multitasking, prioritizing high ticket volumes, and tracking complex workflows.
• Hands-on contract management experience, including contract reviews, approval workflows, execution, and signatures
• Proactive stakeholder management across all seniority levels, including C-suite executives
• Process design and project management ability
• Operational procurement experience, including daily procurement operations, vendor due diligence checks, and purchase request approvals
• Familiarity with procurement platforms such as Omnea or similar procurement management platforms
• Application must be submitted in English
• Legal right to work in the selected location

Responsabilidades

• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of procurement tickets and purchase requests
• Manage contract execution, internal and external signatures, archiving, and tracking
• Chase approvals and coordinate Legal, Compliance, Cybersecurity, and Finance handoffs
• Ensure vendor due diligence is completed without requests stalling
• Evaluate and optimize procurement workflows to eliminate bottlenecks
• Partner with the Omnea CSM to improve procurement systems and processes
• Embed regulatory standards, security requirements, and risk mitigation into workflows
• Align with function leaders, department heads, and C-level executives to clear blockers
• Provide ad-hoc negotiation support for purchases and renewals
• Own the renewals calendar and deliver negotiated savings
• Create initial procurement reporting on spend and savings
• Work with Finance and Legal to tighten and roll out procurement policy
