Qualificações

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• Previous experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
• Experience supporting system implementation or business transformation projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to translate business needs into functional requirements.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in an international environment is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and organisational skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proactive and solution-oriented mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Gather, analyse, and document business requirements.
• Support system implementation, testing, and deployment activities.
• Analyse business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Provide functional support to end users and assist with issue resolution.
• Prepare functional documentation and deliver user training when required.
• Monitor project progress and support post-implementation activities.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across business processes.
