Yazaki Europe Middle East and Africa is seeking a Procurement IT Specialist – SAP & Coupa to support and enhance our purchasing systems across EMEA. You will bridge business needs with IT, focusing on SAP, Coupa, SAP SRM, and related procurement platforms in a multinational environment.

You will join a regional IT team, work with global stakeholders, translate requirements into functional specs, support testing and go-live activities, and contribute to automation, reporting, and user experience

Qualificações

3–5 years of experience in IT application support, procurement systems, SAP, Coupa, or similar enterprise applications.
Good understanding of purchasing or procurement processes.
Knowledge of SAP SRM, SAP purchasing transactions, procurement master data, integration points, IDocs, and enterprise data exchange.
Experience with Coupa, including procurement processes, interfaces, APIs, or integration methods.
Good understanding of ITIL principles, especially incident, change, and demand management.
Experience with ServiceNow or similar IT service management tools.
Strong Excel skills for analysis, reporting, and issue investigation.
Fluent English, written and spoken.

Responsabilidades

Support indirect procurement users across EMEA in SAP, Coupa, SAP SRM, and related purchasing applications.
Troubleshoot incidents linked to purchasing processes, master data, interfaces, IDocs, payloads, and integration errors.
Translate business needs into functional requirements, change requests, and system improvements. Support testing, validation, implementation, and post-go-live follow-up for system changes.
Contribute to automation, simplification, reporting, and better user experience in procurement processes.
Create and maintain practical documentation such as business requirement, functional specification, process flows, user guides, interface descriptions, and support procedures.
