Job summary

Airbus Portugal SA is seeking an entry-level Buyer Support professional in Lisbon to manage supplier data in SAP MM and oversee purchase orders. You will assist buyers with tenders, pricing, and contract administration, while maintaining data integrity across procurement tools.

The role requires 1–3 years in procurement or admin operations, a degree in Business or Engineering, and strong organizational skills. A hybrid work model in Lisbon is offered, with periodic travel to Airbus sites.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in Procurement or admin operations.
• Proficiency in SAP MM and data management.
• Strong organizational, time-management, and detail-oriented skills.
• Fluent English; able to collaborate in an international environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain supplier information and pricing data within SAP MM and other procurement tools.
• Generate, monitor and update Purchase Orders to ensure on-time delivery.
• Support Buyers in Call for Tender management and pricing topics.
• Support procurement data integrity and contract management workflows.
• Archive contractual documentation and manage supplier inputs and actions.
• Communicate proactively with stakeholders across central procurement commodities.
• Travel up to monthly to Airbus locations as needed.
