Airbus Portugal SA is seeking a Master Data Management - Contract Administrator to support the Direct and Indirect procurement teams, ensuring compliant processes. The role reports to the HO Master Data Management - Procurement and collaborates with the Airbus GBS organization.

You will manage supplier data in SAP and other tools, archive documents, handle urgent requests, and drive data integrity while working with strategic buyers and data groups.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years in Procurement.
• Hard skills include admin tasks, Export Control and Sustainability laws.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English; French and/or German a plus.
• Familiar with Airbus Procurement tools SAP, E-Proc and Airsupply; Google Suite proficient.

Responsabilités

• Support Direct and Indirect central procurement functions per Service Line Agreement.
• Manage supplier information and pricing data in SAP and other tools.
• Archive contractual documents electronically and handle recurrent supplier inputs.
• Process ad-hoc requests for urgent customer requirements and events.
• Audit Data Management Group Requests to ensure accurate data flow.
• Maintain regular two-way communication with strategic buyers and data management groups.
• Contribute to innovation and digitalization of procurement processes.
• Resolve data discrepancies and communicate problems with data, implementing solutions.
• Maintain data integrity in Material and Procurement Master Data.
