Job summary

Airbus Portugal SA in Lisbon seeks an entry-level Procurement professional to maintain supplier data in SAP, generate Purchase Orders, and support tender activities within a global procurement team.

You will work in a hybrid office at Parque das Nações, collaborating with international stakeholders and contributing to procurement data integrity while leveraging Google Sheets and Excel; up to monthly travel to core Airbus locations is possible.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in Procurement or equivalent administrative operations.
• Demonstrated proficiency in SAP MM (Materials Management) is mandatory.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, time management and prioritization.
• Digital background with tools improvement mindset, comfortable with AI features.
• Project Management notions.
• Fluency in English enabling effective collaboration in an international environment.
• Interpersonal and communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders.
• Collaborative team player, comfortable working in remote and multicultural settings.
• A degree in Business, Engineering or related field or equivalent education/experience.
• Willingness to travel up to once a month to Airbus locations in France, Germany, Spain and UK.

Responsibilities

• Maintain supplier information and pricing data within SAP and other Airbus procurement tools.
• Generate, monitor and update Purchase Orders to ensure on-time, quality, cost and services.
• Support Buyers in Call for Tenders management and pricing topics.
• Support procurement data integrity in procurement tools.
• Support buyers with contract management and administration.
• Manage electronic storage and archiving of contractual documentation.
• Initiate and follow up on recurring supplier inputs and actions.
• Address ad-hoc requests to meet urgent customer requirements and events.
• Maintain proactive communication with strategic buyers across central procurement commodities.
• Drive innovation and digitalization by deploying state-of-the-art procurement processes and tools.
