Decskill is hiring an Intelligent Automation Developer (RPA & AI) to design, develop and deploy automated processes using Blue Prism, UiPath, and AI components. You will write Python/C#/VB scripts, implement IDP solutions, and integrate automation with enterprise systems through REST/SOAP APIs.

You will collaborate with business stakeholders, document technical designs, and contribute to continuous improvement of banking-related processes.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology or related field.
• 1–5 years of professional experience developing RPA and/or AI solutions.
• Hands-on experience with RPA: Blue Prism, UiPath, Automation Anywhere or equivalents.
• Proven programming experience in Python, C# or VB.
• Knowledge of SQL and REST/SOAP APIs.

• Develop and implement automated processes using RPA technologies such as Blue Prism, UiPath or equivalent platforms, combined with Python and Generative AI agents.
• Develop and maintain scripts and applications using Python, C# and/or VB.
• Design and implement Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) solutions for automated document classification, information extraction and validation.
• Integrate AI/ML/NLP/OCR and Generative AI components into automation workflows.
• Integrate automation and AI solutions with enterprise systems via REST/SOAP APIs and databases.
• Maintain, troubleshoot and improve existing automation solutions.
• Prepare and maintain Process Definition Documents (PDD) and Solution Design Documents (SDD).
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver automation solutions.

We are looking for an Intelligent Automation Developer (RPA & AI)!

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement automated processes using RPA technologies such as Blue Prism, UiPath or equivalent platforms, combined with Python and Generative AI agents.
• Develop and maintain scripts and applications using Python, C# and/or VB.
• Design and implement Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) solutions for automated document classification, information extraction and validation.
• Integrate Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing (NLP), Optical Character Recognition (OCR) and Generative AI components into automation workflows.
• Develop AI-powered solutions to support the automatic generation of suggested responses to customer communications and complaints.
• Integrate automation and AI solutions with enterprise systems and applications through REST/SOAP APIs and databases.
• Maintain, troubleshoot and continuously improve existing automation solutions.
• Prepare and maintain functional and technical documentation, including Process Definition Documents (PDD) and Solution Design Documents (SDD).
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to understand requirements and deliver effective automation solutions.
• Contribute to the optimisation of internal processes, document validation and operational efficiency within the banking environment.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology or a related field.
• Between 1 and 5 years of professional experience developing RPA and/or Artificial Intelligence solutions.
• Hands-on experience developing and implementing automation solutions using at least one of the following approaches:
• RPA: Blue Prism, UiPath, Automation Anywhere or equivalent technologies.
• AI and Document Processing: document classification, information extraction and validation, OCR, NLP, Machine Learning or Generative AI.
• Proven programming experience in Python, C# and/or VB.
• Knowledge of SQL and system integration using REST/SOAP APIs and HTTP requests.
• Practical technical development experience, beyond functional analysis or project management responsibilities.
• Fluent Portuguese, both written and spoken.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with autonomy, organisation and a proactive approach.
• Good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong sense of responsibility and commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.

Nice to Have:

• Specific experience with Blue Prism.
• Experience with Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) and Document AI solutions.
• Experience developing solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI agents and agentic automation.
• Knowledge of tools such as Azure AI Document Intelligence, ABBYY or equivalent solutions.
• Experience delivering automation projects within the banking or financial services sector.
• Experience maintaining and supporting RPA solutions in production environments.
• Knowledge of software development best practices, technical documentation and continuous improvement methodologies.
