Job summary

FedEx is expanding its European Global Trade Service team in Porto, inviting a detail-oriented Ops Service, Quality and Process Associate to join a newly formed department. You will analyze data, lead quality initiatives, and collaborate with customs, planning and engineering teams to improve service.

The role requires strong problem-solving, IT affinity, excellent communication, and a university degree. PRINCE2 or PMP certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• University degree required or equivalent.
• PM certification preferred (PRINCE2, PMP).
• Strong analytical and IT affinity are essential.
• Excellent communication at all levels is required.
• Proactive, capable of influencing change and driving improvements.

Responsibilities

• Perform root cause analysis using dashboards and data queries.
• Lead quality and process-improvement initiatives for customs clearance.
• Collaborate with customs, planning, engineering, compliance and other functions to improve service.
• Ensure alignment with strategic quality objectives and standards.
• Support programs/projects across regions and departments.
