TD SYNNEX Portugal in Lisbon is seeking a detail-oriented Sales Order Processor to support internal sales through accurate order loading and quotation activity, including electronic orders.

You will handle customer queries efficiently, maintain strong internal relationships, and help the team meet deadlines while working a shift pattern as required. Experience with SAP R3 and MS Office is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Daily order loading and quote activity, including electronic orders.
• Support all aspects of sales activity to help meet team/company targets.
• Prioritize own tasks to meet deadlines or SLAs.
• Own customer queries with efficient, professional handling for quick resolution.
• Develop strong relationships with Internal Sales.
• Escalate issues promptly to Sales Operations Team Leader or Manager.
• Proactively support the business, working a shift pattern as required.
