TD SYNNEX in Porto is seeking a pre/post sales specialist to support the Sales Floor and the business unit. You will become a centre of excellence for a specific product or technology group, driving revenue while delivering high-quality service.

The role requires strong numeracy, excellent communication, and a solid grasp of IT products and industry dynamics. You will maintain the intranet, collaborate with marketing, and promote TD SYNNEX e-commerce tools within a dynamic team environment in

• Numerate and detail-oriented with strong numerical aptitude.
• Excellent time management and prioritisation abilities.
• Clear, professional communication with internal teams and customers.
• Proficient in MS Word and Outlook for daily use.
• Customer-focused mindset with a proactive service approach.
• Strong interpersonal skills and collaborative spirit.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in work.
• Solid knowledge of product and technology portfolio.
• Understanding of IT industry including channel, vendors and competition helpful.
• Experience with SAP R3 and Business Warehouse is advantageous.
• Commercial/tech experience in distribution or vendor sectors is beneficial.

Responsabilidades

• Focus on specific technology groups or accounts to drive revenue growth.
• Provide outstanding pre- and post-sales support on the Sales Floor.
• Maintain and develop the TD SYNNEX intranet as a primary information portal.
• Develop deep product knowledge to provide complete solutions.
• Prioritise and resolve customer care issues efficiently.
• Communicate pricing, offers and promotions clearly to customers.
• Promote TD SYNNEX e-commerce tools to drive business.
• Identify and escalate potential problems appropriately.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Business Managers on materials.
