TD SYNNEX in Portugal is seeking a Customer Service/Post-Sales Service professional for a temporary assignment to manage post-sales claims from retail customers, manufacturers and internal teams, driving resolution.

Key duties include handling post-sales claims, investigating discrepancies, using Excel to reconcile data, and collaborating with finance, sales and external partners to reach timely resolutions.

Qualificações

• Experience in Finance Operations, Claims, Commercial Operations, Customer Service or a similar role.
• Strong Excel and analytical skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving ability.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and resolve post-sales claims submitted by retail customers.
• Investigate claims by analysing financial and transactional information.
• Use Excel to reconcile data, identify discrepancies and support investigations.
• Work closely with retail customers and manufacturers/vendors to validate claims and reach resolutions.
• Communicate clearly and professionally throughout the claim process, including when handling disputed cases.
• Follow up on outstanding cases and ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain accurate records and identify recurring issues or opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with Finance, Sales and other teams to resolve complex cases.
