Jobseurope.Io in Lisbon, Portugal is seeking an experienced Technical Support Team Leader to guide a growing international project. You will lead and coach a team of Technical Support Advisors, drive performance, and ensure an outstanding customer experience.

The role requires native or fluent Portuguese, good English, and at least 2 years of Team Leader experience in Tech Support. You will collaborate with Operations, Quality, and Training teams to deliver continuous improvement and KPI

Qualificações

• Native or fluent Portuguese (C1/C2).
• Good command of English.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Team Leader in a Technical Support environment.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience working in a KPI-driven environment.

Responsabilidades

• Leading, motivating, and coaching a team of Technical Support Advisors;
• Monitoring team performance and ensuring KPIs and quality targets are achieved;
• Conducting regular one-to-one meetings, coaching sessions, and performance reviews;
• Supporting the team with technical escalations and complex cases;
• Collaborating with Operations, Quality, and Training teams to drive continuous improvement;
• Creating a positive, customer-focused, and high-performing team environment.
