Cross Border Talents is seeking an English-speaking Customer Care Specialist to join the team in Portugal on-site. You will provide professional support across multiple channels, assist with billing inquiries, and help customers troubleshoot access issues while guiding them through product use.

This role operates in a 24/7 rotating shift with relocation support. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and adaptability to a fast-paced environment.
