Cross Border Talents in Lisbon is seeking a Portuguese-speaking Customer Sales Agent to join our on-site team on an outbound sales project for a leading BPO client in Lisbon.

You will make outbound calls, present products, identify needs, handle questions, and strive to meet targets while delivering a positive customer experience. Training and career development are provided in a multicultural environment.

Qualifications

• Fluent/native-level Portuguese.
• Strong communication and persuasion skills.
• Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
