Workster is partnering with a leading international customer experience provider to recruit Portuguese-speaking Client Advisors in Porto, Portugal, supporting customers of a major global brand.

This role is ideal for a customer-focused professional who enjoys building positive relationships, providing expert assistance, and resolving enquiries efficiently. You will communicate with customers in European Portuguese, deliver accurate information, and ensure a consistently high-quality client experience in an international environment.

Your Role

• Handle inbound customer enquiries by phone, email, chat, or other supported channels

• Assist customers with product, service, account, and order-related enquiries

• Provide accurate information and clear guidance in European Portuguese

• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions

• Resolve customer concerns efficiently and aim for first-contact resolution whenever possible

• Deliver professional, friendly, and empathetic customer service during every interaction

• Accurately document customer interactions and maintain up-to-date case information

• Follow established processes, procedures, and quality standards

• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal teams when required

• Maintain a consistently positive client experience and represent the brand professionally

Your Qualifications

• Native or fluent European Portuguese

• Good command of English, both written and spoken

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Customer-focused mindset with a professional and helpful approach

• Strong problem-solving and active listening skills

• Good computer skills and confidence working with multiple systems simultaneously

• Ability to work independently and as part of an international team

• Previous experience in customer service, client support, contact centre, BPO, hospitality, or a similar environment is an advantage

• Previous experience with CRM, ticketing, or customer support systems is an advantage

• High attention to detail and ability to follow procedures accurately

• Based in or willing to relocate to Porto, Portugal
