Okify is seeking a Portuguese-speaking Account Manager to drive client retention and account expansion in the Portuguese market. You will transition newly acquired clients into long-term partners, ensuring onboarding and maximizing utility savings across portfolios.

You will own relationships in Portugal, identify upsell opportunities, and work with local service providers to demonstrate ROI and cost savings.

Qualificações

• +1 year in Account Management, Customer Success or Key Account Management (B2B).
• Native Portuguese with fluent English and Spanish.
• Outstanding communication, strategic negotiation, and multi-stakeholder management abilities.
• Self-starter with high ownership in a fast-paced startup environment.

Responsabilidades

• Own the primary post-sale relationship with our accounts in Portugal.
• Analyze portfolio to identify cross- and upsell opportunities.
• Ensure smooth onboarding, data migration, and centralized billing activation.
• Maintain a close relationship with local Service Providers.
• Conduct regular business reviews to demonstrate cost savings, ROI, and optimization opportunities.
