About the Role

As aCustomer Support Agent, you'll assist banking customers by answering questions, handling requests, and monitoring customer operations while following internal procedures and regulatory requirements.

Candidate Profile

• Portuguese:Native or C1/C2 proficiency, both written and spoken.
• Work Eligibility:EU citizenship or a valid Portuguese residence permit that allows the candidate to work in Portugal.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good judgement, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to handle enquiries professionally and remain calm in challenging situations.
• Confidence using computers, digital tools, and online applications.
• Previous customer service or banking experience is an advantage.
