About The Role

As a Customer Support Agent, you'll assist banking customers by answering questions, handling requests, and monitoring customer operations while following internal procedures and regulatory requirements.

This is an on-site opportunity in Lisbon, offering the chance to develop your customer service skills within the banking sector.

• Good judgement, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to handle enquiries professionally and remain calm in challenging situations.
• Confidence using computers, digital tools, and online applications.
• Previous customer service or banking experience is an advantage.

Relocation Eligibility
