Mercier Consultancy in Greece is seeking a Portuguese-speaking Solutions Consultant to join our growing digital solutions team. You will be the face of the company, handling inquiries via calls, email, and chats, resolving issues, and contributing to high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Native-level fluency in Portuguese (written and spoken).
• Minimum English proficiency of B2.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable using computers and willing to learn new software tools.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
• Willingness to relocate and live in Greece.

Responsabilités

• Handle customer inquiries for Portuguese-speaking customers via inbound calls, email and chats.
• Resolve complaints professionally to maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Troubleshoot security-related issues, including account access, threats, vulnerabilities, and software problems.
• Accurately document all customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve product support and customer service processes.
• Collaborate with colleagues and other departments to achieve the best outcomes.
• Meet quality and performance targets while maintaining professionalism.
