Mercier Consultancy Group is recruiting a Portuguese-speaking Customer Expert to provide high-level SaaS cloud platform support from Greece. You will troubleshoot, guide users, and collaborate with product teams to resolve complex issues.

Ideal candidates are native or fluent in Portuguese with professional English, have SaaS experience, and a proactive mindset. A full relocation package and competitive compensation accompany the role.

Formación

• Native or fluent Portuguese (spoken and written).
• Professional English for internal communication.
• Valid EU passport (mandatory for employment in Greece).
• Previous experience in SaaS environments or technical customer support is advantageous.
• Strong digital literacy and the ability to grasp complex software ecosystems quickly.
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset for a high-growth tech environment.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver premium technical support to Portuguese-speaking clients of SaaS cloud solutions.
• Troubleshoot platform-specific inquiries and ensure seamless user experiences.
• Act as primary contact for complex SaaS navigation and feature implementation.
• Maintain detailed documentation of user interactions in internal databases.
• Escalate and collaborate with cross-functional SaaS product teams to resolve issues.
• Help achieve performance metrics centered on customer satisfaction and resolution quality.
• Stay updated on cloud technology trends to provide expert guidance.
