Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in management, business, finance or related field; master's preferred.
• Fluent English and strong communication skills required.
• Authorized to work in Portugal.
• Ability to manage budgets, invoices, and documentation with accuracy.

Responsabilidades

• Provide ongoing operational and administrative support to the Center Director.
• Coordinate planning and implementation of academic programs and student activities.
• Maintain schedules, records, documentation, and internal communications.
• Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of program operations and tasks.
• Act as first point of contact for student logistical and program queries.
• Track program expenses, invoices, and receipts.
• Support financial reporting and ensure proper recordkeeping.
