AYES - Management & Technology Consulting in Portugal is seeking a dynamic Business Unit Director to lead our expansion in Portugal from Porto. You will combine strategic vision with commercial execution to build a high-performing consulting team and win new projects.

The role demands an entrepreneurial mindset, strong client relations, and excellence in English and Portuguese. You will manage budgets, oversee P&L, and drive growth through targeted business development and partnerships.

Qualificações

• Degree in Engineering is required.
• Minimum 3 years as Business Unit Director in engineering/tech consulting.
• Strong commercial and business development skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Entrepreneurial attitude and results-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work in dynamic and challenging environments.
• Excellent knowledge of English and Portuguese.

Responsabilidades

• Lead sales and business development in the Portuguese market.
• Develop and manage new business opportunities and client portfolio.
• Maintain client relationships and monitor market opportunities.
• Collect technical requirements and propose consulting solutions.
• Contribute to preparation of commercial proposals.
• Manage and develop the consulting team and budget.
• Oversee financial and operational performance and talent recruitment.
