Capgemini Engineering in Portugal is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth for the Engineering portfolio in the Portuguese market. You will own the Go-to-Market strategy, identify opportunities across Engineering, Industry, Digital and R&D services, and collaborate with sales, pre-sales and delivery teams to shape deals.

You will engage with clients and partners, build a strong pipeline, and translate complex technical offerings into business value.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Account Management or Sales Capture in a B2B environment.
• Strong knowledge of the Portuguese market and local business dynamics.
• Experience with complex portfolios and transversal offerings beyond single-product sales.
• Background in industrial, engineering or technology-driven environments.
• Experience in technology partner management and ecosystem-based sales models.
• Fluency in English and Portuguese.

Responsabilidades

• Own and execute the Go-to-Market strategy for the Engineering portfolio in Portugal.
• Identify, qualify and develop new business opportunities across Engineering, Industry, Digital and R&D services.
• Proactively build and maintain a structured sales pipeline with a hunter mindset.
• Collaborate with multiple Sales teams to jointly sell the Capgemini Engineering portfolio.
• Interface between clients, partners and internal teams (sales, pre-sales, engineering, delivery).
• Develop technology partnerships and joint go-to-market initiatives.
• Understand client challenges and translate them into technical-commercial value.
