Capgemini Engineering Portugal is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth across the engineering portfolio. You will own the Go-to-Market strategy, identify opportunities, and engage with multiple sales teams to deliver value to clients and partners.

You will work with diverse industries, maintain a healthy pipeline, and excel in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment. English and Portuguese fluency are required.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of BD/Sales/Account Management in B2B.
• Strong knowledge of the Portuguese market.
• Experience with complex portfolios and cross-functional teams.
• Exposure to industrial/engineering contexts.
• Experience in technology partner management.
• Ability to influence across multiple sales teams.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills.
• Fluency in English and Portuguese is mandatory.

Responsabilidades

• Own and execute the Go-to-Market strategy for the Engineering portfolio in Portugal.
• Identify, qualify and develop new opportunities across Engineering, Industry, Digital and R&D services.
• Proactively engage the market with a hunter mindset and build a structured pipeline.
• Collaborate with Sales teams to jointly sell Capgemini Engineering portfolio.
• Interface between clients, partners and internal teams (sales, pre-sales, engineering, delivery).
• Develop and manage technology partnerships and joint go-to-market initiatives.
• Translate client challenges into technical-commercial value propositions.
• Monitor market trends in Energy, Utilities, Manufacturing and Industry.
