Job summary

ENOVA is seeking an Agency Director / Senior Business Manager to develop and lead our activities in Lisbon, Portugal. You will be responsible for building a local business, acquiring strategic accounts, and progressively growing a team of consultants and managers.

This entrepreneurial role requires a proven track record in IT consulting or professional services, strong networking in Lisbon, and the ability to drive revenue growth with autonomy and strategic thinking.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Business Manager, Senior Business Manager, Account Manager or similar business development role.
• Experience in IT consulting, technology consulting, or professional services.
• Proven success in new client acquisition and account development.
• Strong understanding of the IT consulting business model.
• Ability to independently manage a full sales cycle.
• Good knowledge of the Portuguese market; Lisbon network is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the Lisbon market business development strategy.
• Identify, prospect and acquire new strategic clients.
• Build relationships with IT, Procurement and business decision-makers.
• Identify client needs and tailor IT consulting solutions.
• Manage the sales cycle from prospecting to closing and negotiate contracts.
• Develop and expand existing client accounts.
• Manage RFPs and commercial proposals.
