Job summary

Booking.com is seeking an Area Manager for Portugal, based within daily commuting distance of Lisbon (prefer Faro or Porto). You will report to the Regional Manager for the Iberia Region and lead the Partner Services organisation to grow partner businesses through insight-led account management.

Qualifications

Experience leading commercial, account-management, or partner-services teams.
Strong data-driven decision-making ability.
Ability to translate strategy into actionable plans and track progress.
Excellent communication to influence senior leaders across global functions.
Deep knowledge of the Portuguese accommodation market; native Portuguese and fluent English.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop the Portugal Partner Services team and build a high-performing environment with clear priorities.
Translate regional strategy into a focused Portugal market plan and monitor progress against objectives.
